Inhalation sedation for adults

For adults who feel anxious about treatment with the dentist, we can use inhalation sedation to ensure your experience with us is as calm and relaxed as can be. Inhalation sedation is delivered through a small mask that sits over the nose.

This type of conscious sedation allows you to relax and reduces pain while still giving you the ability to communicate with our team.
Our dentist will do a thorough assessment to ensure that this type of treatment is suitable for you. You can also ask any questions or concerns you might have about conscious sedation during your initial visit.

Worry-free injections with The Wand®

If you need fillings or root canal therapy, you will likely need local anaesthesia to ensure your treatment is absolutely pain-free. Our dentists are trained to give numbing injections using a topical anaesthetic gel and distraction techniques to reduce any discomfort or stress.

Our practice is also equipped with The Wand®, a cutting-edge, computer-assisted system that allows us to give you gentle and painless injections that provide increased comfort throughout.

If you are particularly anxious, we may recommend inhalation sedation too, which may ease the delivery of anaesthetic.
